The victim said he was carrying $3,200. He also said he followed the DMX’s car — one of four Cadillac Escalades — and got its license plate number, which he gave to police.

The Atlanta Journal Constitutionreports that the dispute started when Angie Stone, 53, entered her daughter’s room, and demanded that she clean it up and control her children, who were running around the singer’s home half naked.

“Ms. Diamond Stone then went on to state that Ms. Angie Stone started (getting) in her face, telling her she needed to leave because she is tired (of) her,” police said in the report. “Ms. Diamond Stone then stated her and Ms. Angie Stone started to argue, and that’s when a physical altercation started to occur.”

Angie Stone, 53, told police she did not know she hit her daughter with a metal stand.

Diamond Stone’s version of the story is different. According to the report, she walked away after Angie Stone struck her in the face with the metal stand and called police. Both women were taken to DeKalb County Police Department headquarters for questioning.

Diamond Stone was released with no charges. TMZ obtained photos of Diamond Stone’s injuries, showing broken teeth and a bruised lip.

Angie Stone was released on $10,000 bond shortly after her arrest on Tuesday.

Shocking Video Shows Suge Knight Hit-and-Run Incident

New disturbing video has surfaced that may impact the murder case against media mogul Suge Knight.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Newly released video graphically depicts former rap music mogul Marion “Suge” Knight running over two men with his pickup truck but leaves questions about an attack that he says forced him to speed away from the deadly crash.

Surveillance footage from a Compton fast food restaurant shows one of the men getting knocked down as the pickup reverses. The truck then speeds forward, running over the fallen man and a second man.

An attorney for the Death Row Records co-founder says the video posted by celebrity news website TMZ shows that the men attacked his client before the January encounter and that it will help his defense against murder and attempted murder charges.

“They attacked ‘Suge’ without question,” lawyer Matthew Fletcher told reporters after a Monday court hearing.

The video is in possession of sheriff’s detectives and is being used in the investigation, Los Angeles sheriff’s spokeswoman Nicole Nishida said. The agency did not release the footage.

Gary Dordick, an attorney for the family of the slain man, Terry Carter, said the video shows “a senseless act of violence.” He said Carter, 55, was not involved in attacking Knight through the window of his truck and that the music figure should have driven off instead of using his truck as a weapon.

The video shows a red pickup pulling into the restaurant parking lot and a man approaching the driver’s side window. There is commotion in the cabin of Knight’s truck, but no clear footage of the purported attack.

“I told ‘Suge’: ‘This helps you beyond any stretch of the imagination,’” Fletcher said, adding that the law doesn’t require someone to flee an attack.

The confrontation occurred shortly after Knight was told to leave a location where a promotional video was being shot for “Straight Outta Compton,” a biopic about the rap group N.W.A. Authorities said the argument resumed at the parking lot.

Fletcher downplayed the argument at the video shoot, saying Knight complied when he was asked to leave the set.

Authorities accuse Knight of intentionally running over the men, killing Carter and seriously injuring Cle “Bone” Sloan. He has pleaded not guilty to murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges and could face up to life in prison if convicted of killing Carter on Jan. 29.

“The video makes clear that Mr. Carter’s tragic death was caused by unnecessary acts of violence initiated by Cle Sloan attacking Mr. Knight and Mr. Knight choosing to retaliate using his motor vehicle as a deadly weapon rather than simply driving off to a place of safety,” Dordick wrote in an email.

Carter was a friend of Knight, and authorities have said they do not believe he was involved in the attack. Sloan is an actor and film consultant.

Knight was a key player in the gangster rap scene that flourished in the 1990s, and his label once listed Dr. Dre, Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg among its artists. Knight lost control of the company after it was forced into bankruptcy.

Knight, 49, did not speak at Monday’s brief hearing, which came a week after he was taken to a hospital from a previous court appearance, where he told a judge he was going blind and had fired his legal team.

Knight is scheduled to return to court March 20.

Police in Dover, Delaware are investigating a domestic assault allegation against Kurt Busch

By Cain Cawthon

DOVER, Del. — NASCAR driver Kurt Busch has been accused of domestic assault by his ex-girlfriend, and police in Delaware said Friday they are investigating.

Mike DiNovo/USA TODAY Sports

The Dover Police Department said in a statement that the allegations were brought to the department Wednesday. Busch’s ex-girlfriend, Patricia Driscoll, said the allegations involved an incident inside his motor home at a race at Dover International Speedway in September, but did not go into more detail. The couple broke up about a week before.

NASCAR said it was aware of the situation and gathering information. Busch has not been charged. If he is, his case would play out after a series of high-profile cases involving prominent athletes, including Ray Rice and Greg Hardy in the NFL, ignited a national debate about how tough professional leagues are when allegations of abuse surface.

“It would be inappropriate for NASCAR to comment further on this matter until we have more information,” it said in a statement.

Busch’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, said the driver will fully cooperate with the authorities. “He expects to be vindicated when the entire truth of the situation comes to light,” Hardin said.

A message left seeking comment with an attorney for Busch was not immediately returned. A spokesman for Stewart-Haas Racing, Mike Arning, said Busch’s team was still gathering facts about the incident and not in a position to comment.

Known as “The Outlaw” in racing circles, Busch is the 2004 NASCAR Sprint Cup champion and one of the more accomplished drivers in the series. He qualified 10th Friday for this weekend’s Quicken Loans 500 at Phoenix International Raceway in Avondale, Arizona.

Driscoll is an executive for a small Washington, D.C.-based defense consulting firm and president of the Armed Forces Foundation, a nonprofit for veterans. The couple met at a foundation dinner in 2011, and after hitting it off, Busch became a spokesman and ambassador for the foundation. The group severed its ties with him Friday because of the “serious nature of the allegations.”

“For more than a decade, Ms. Driscoll has been a tireless worker and advocate for our nation’s service members, veterans, and military families,” AFF chairman Pat La Frieda said in a statement. ” … We ask that Ms. Driscoll’s privacy be respected.”

Busch has a history of run-ins on and off the track with drivers, NASCAR officials and reporters. He was suspended by Roush Racing for the last two races of the 2005 season after police cited him for reckless driving.

A fan caught Busch on video verbally abusing ESPN reporter Dr. Jerry Punch during the 2011 season finale, and Busch was fined $50,000 by NASCAR after the clip was posted on YouTube. He was suspended for one race in 2012 for verbally abusing a reporter.

Busch has seen a sports psychologist to learn to tame his emotions.

But with Driscoll, he appeared to have softened his image. She and her son, Houston, became fixtures in Busch’s life. The pair came across as a happy couple when Busch attempted to complete the Coca Cola 600 and the Indianapolis 500 on the same day earlier this year, a feat only a handful of other drivers have attempted. They welcomed reporters into her Ellicott City, Maryland, home, and cameras followed them around for weeks for the NBC documentary “Kurt Busch: 36.”

They acted like a family: Busch, Driscoll and Houston went on a hunting trip this year in New Zealand and Busch took Houston fly fishing. The child got the nickname “The Mini Outlaw” as a regular at the track.

She celebrated his accomplishments publicly. Busch made the Chase for the Sprint Cup championship in his first season at Stewart-Haas Racing, and Driscoll tweeted regular updates from his NASCAR races this season. They frequently embraced on the track, or were seen walking hand in hand, never shying from public displays of affection.

Busch’s talent has never been doubted, with 25 career Cup wins and the 2004 championship. But his prickly personality has scared away sponsors, and rides with deep-pocketed owners Jack Roush and Penske fizzled. His career detoured into journeyman status with single-car teams the last two seasons before landing at SHR.

E! News first reported Bynes was arrested for DUI on Sunday morning at roughly 3:00 a.m. Police “determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance” and charged her with a misdemeanor.

Bynes allegedly stopped the Mercedes she was driving in the middle of an intersection on Van Nuys Boulevard in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, according to TMZ.

She was held on $15,000 bail and released the same day from the Van Nuys, California, station.

A rep for the star was not immediately available for further comment.

The former Nickelodeon star was involuntarily hospitalized for a mental health evaluation last July after she started a fire in the driveway of a California home. The incident came after a reckless endangerment arrest, car accidents, DUI arrests and increasingly erratic behavior.

She was placed on three years’ probation in February stemming from a 2012 DUI charge.

Bynes completed a rehab stint and then enrolled part-time at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Orange County. In April, People magazine reported the 28-year-old had gotten her license back, but would “remain under her mother’s legal control until at least September.”

‘Sons of Guns’ star Will Hayden arrested for allegedly raping minor daughter

Published by EOTM News Editor on August 27th, 2014 - in Breaking News, Celebrity Justice, Celebrity Mug Shots

“Sons of Guns” star Will Hayden has been arrested again, this time for aggravated rape, according to documents sent to FOX411 by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.

Hayden is accused of raping a minor “almost daily” since March 2013 and taking her virginity when she was 11 years old. TMZ reports the girl is Hayden’s daughter.

During an interview with detectives, the alleged victim said she did not report the sexual abuse because she was afraid Hayden would hurt her. The most recent abuse of the now-12-year-old girl occurred during July 2014, according to the documents.

According to police documents, the alleged victim claims that Hayden told her “don’t tell them nothing because I’m all you got.”

Hayden was booked on Wednesday and his bail is set at $250,000. There was a warrant out for Hayden’s arrest, and The Times-Picayune reports he was apprehended in Livingston as a fugitive from East Baton Rouge.

Discovery Channel’s reality show “Sons of Guns” follows Hayden and his Red Jacket Firearms company, which buys, sells, designs and rebuilds firearms.

The company distanced itself from the reality star on Tuesday, posting a statement on its website.

“Red Jacket Firearms LLC has initiated and received full legal separation as an entity, from William M. Hayden,” the statement read. “With heavy hearts, we will be continuing to operate and ensure the fulfillment of new customer orders, back orders and to provide support to those affected by these new developments.”

Earlier this month, on Aug. 9, Hayden was arrested for molestation of a juvenile and aggravated crimes against nature. He posted his $150,000 bond and was released. At the time, his lawyer told FOX411 the charges were stemmed from a conflict with a fired ex-employee who was seeking revenge.

His lawyer did not respond immediately to a separate request for comment on Wednesday.

Following the initial allegations, his daughter Stephanie Hayden Ford, who appears on the show with her dad, took to her Facebook page to deny reports that the hit series was in trouble.

“Guys the show is NOT cancelled! We so appreciate the outcry of injustice but [it’s] not true, I guess some [people] just need ratings… We are on a hold with filming while my family takes care of a few things. You guys are the best fans ever & we love you so much! Thank u for standing strong with us!”

She was booked and released  after signing a written promise to appear in court, according to KTLA.

Notably, Walker was caught in an on-air scandal in 1990 when it was revealed she was carrying on an affair with co-anchor Jim Lampley, while both of them were married to other people. The two later married each other and divorced in 2000.

Talk about giving folks something to talk about, this chic still doing that.
