Curing Cancer isn’t good for Big Pharma…

The truth of a theory can never be proven; for one never knows if future experience will contradict its conclusions.

According to the World Health Organization each year 8.8 million people die from cancer, mostly in low and middle income countries.

Did you know that cancer is one of the most common causes of death in the world today? For instance, the American Cancer Society — in a recent report confirmed that cancer is the second most common cause of death in the US and accounts for nearly 1 of every 4 deaths.

Are you aware that cancer is not hereditary? Not really, in the true sense of the word. Hereditary means that you get a trait such as eye color or an illness from the genes you inherit from your parents. The cause of cancer is not as simple as that.

According to Dr. David Gorski, “cancer is not a single disease, it’s hundreds of diseases, and although there are many common themes in cancer, such as loss of responsiveness to growth signals with a resultant ability to grow unchecked. Other common capabilities of cancer cells include evasion of programmed cell death (apoptosis), inducing the surrounding tissue to provide a blood supply (angiogenesis), evading the immune system, and invading the blood or lymphatic systems to travel elsewhere in the body and take up shop in other organs, such as liver, lung, or bone. Although there are, again, common molecular themes by which cancers do this, individual cancers acquire these necessary (to the cancer) abilities by many different ways.

Even cancers arising from the same cell type can be quite different. For instance, the breast cancer that killed my mother-in-law was a rare spindle cell variant, which is quite different from the much more common invasive ductal carcinoma that is estrogen and progesterone receptor positive. Indeed, even within individual cancers, different populations of cells can be quite different. In many solid tumors, there are cells now referred to as “stem cells.” Personally, I consider this term a bit of a misnomer that I really don’t like because these cells are not really pluripotent, and the cell types into which they can differentiate are rather limited. Moreover, this nomenclature has also made the concept of the cancer stem cell more controversial scientifically than it really needs to be. What we are really talking about are a relatively small population of cells in many tumors that are endlessly self-renewing and, in general, resistant to chemotherapy. In mice, these are the only cells that can actually form a new tumor when transplanted into a new mouse, and these are the cells that appear to be responsible for relapse after chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Indeed, cancer progression can be viewed as being due to a case of evolution in which the tumor cells that survive selection to continue to grow are the ones that become best at doing all the things that tumor cells need to do to evade the body’s defenses and overcome its growth control signals.

Moreover, not only is cancer not a single disease, but individual cancers are made up of multiple different clones of cancer cells under selective pressure to become ever more invasive and deadly. Looking at it this way, it’s a wonder we don’t all die of cancer. We do, however, virtually all have small foci of cancer within us, as I’ve pointed out before. Yet most of us do not develop cancer, and fewer of us end up dying of cancer, even though cancer is currently duking it out with heart disease as the number one cause of death in industrialized societies. Fortunately, the steps required for cancer to become deadly are difficult and numerous, and the body’s defenses against cancer are formidable,” Gorski continued.

Notably, have you ever asked yourself why a cure for cancer has not happened yet? Despite all the breakthrough claims?  It seems like almost every day, we hear about another miraculous advance in cancer treatment and yet, our loved ones keep dying of cancer. What’s up with that? Are greedy drug companies holding back a promising treatment? Would the FDA kill a wonder drug? Have corporate scientists refused to accept new ideas? Your guess is as good as mine.

It’s incredulous how the death rate from cancer hasn’t changed in the past 50 years! And we all sit by and believe this is possible — allowing our family and friends to pass away in the interim….with no other options. No care to even lift a finger to research and discover if there are any options outside of big pharma. I don’t mean to sound cold and judgmental — just trying to get you to see my point which is, there are other options!

According to Professor and lead cancer researcher Paul Workman, ”it’s very unlikely there will ever be a single ‘cure’ because cancer is made up of more than 200 different diseases – like breast, lung, bowel, prostate and blood cancers – and the latest molecular research is breaking these classes down into many more sub-groups. Different targeted treatments are needed for each sub-type – an approach called ‘personalized medicine.’”

Tripping Over The Truth

Interestingly, last week I watched an amazing interview by Regina Meredith on the Gaia TV network. Author Travis Christofferson was discussing his book, Tripping Over the Truth: The Metabolic Theory of Cancer. Briefly, Tripping over the Truth follows the story of cancers proposed metabolic origin to modern laboratories around the world. The author takes the reader on a journey through time and science that results in an astounding connecting of the dots with profound implications. He breaks down and expounds on humanities struggle to understand the cellular events that conspire to form malignancy. By the end of the interview I arrived at a conclusion that challenged everything I thought I knew about the disease. I felt that possibly the reason for the failed war against cancer stems from a flawed paradigm that categorizes cancer as an exclusively genetic disease! What if it’s not?!!Christofferson also brought up, Tissue Architecture theory (a part of an organism consisting of a large number of cells having a similar structure and function)  – which simply means the default state of any cell is cell division. “It’s what keeps a cell in check, living in the multicellular organism is the tissue architecture. So when your cells are in a healthy tissue architecture, they cooperate with the collective. But once that architecture breaks down through inflammation, through carcinogens — you then release those negative controls from the tissue architecture and cells are then off racing towards neoplasm…towards cancer.”

In my opinion Tripping Over the Truth provides a fresh and hopeful perspective. It explores the new and exciting non-toxic therapies born from the emerging metabolic theory of cancer. Therapies that may one day prove to be a turning point in the struggle against our ancient enemy.

If you know someone who has suffered or suffering from cancer you owe it to them to dig deeper and start questioning the system. You can start by picking up Tripping Over The Truth.  To find out more about Christofferson please click here  >> www.singlecausesinglecure.org/author/travisc/   to be redirected.

Mark Twain once said: “The man who doesn’t read good books has no advantage over the man who can’t read them.” In that spirit, here are three great books I’ve read lately that you should read, too!

1. The Word for World is Forest by Ursula K. Le Guin

2. The Ascension Mysteries by David Wilcock

3. Frabato the Magician by Franz Bardon

The Word for World is Forest by Ursula K. Le Guin

When the inhabitants of a peaceful world are conquered by the bloodthirsty yumens, their existence is irrevocably altered. Forced into servitude, the Athsheans find themselves at the mercy of their brutal masters.

The Word For World is Forest by Ursula K. Le Guin - Image credit: Ursula K. Le Guin

Desperation causes the Athsheans, led by Selver, to retaliate against their captors, abandoning their strictures against violence. But in defending their lives, they have endangered the very foundations of their society. For every blow against the invaders is a blow to the humanity of the Athsheans. And once the killing starts, there is no turning back.

People chanting Towa together to heal Mother Earth

‘Wa’ in ‘Towa’. “Wa (和) is a Japanese cultural concept usually translated into English as “harmony”. It implies a peaceful unity and conformity within a social group, in which members prefer the continuation of a harmonious community over their personal interests.”

'Wa' in 'Towa'. "Wa (和) is a Japanese cultural concept usually translated into English as "harmony".

When used in a sentence its to imply the rest of the sentence is about you. Even in the Japanese character of harmony can we see the shape of the T present, anchoring harmony into the world. #towa

Former The Peoples Voice Health show host, Alchemist and Ugandan Princess, Elizabeth Seninde discusses ‘TOWA‘, and the ascendant energies and frequencies this can bring if enough of us say this with positive intention. Be a Service to Others: Love, Forgive, Ascend.....

Its getting better all the time. The changes happening to us now as a planet is very obvious . People seem to be hurting one another more than ever, but we are actually becoming a more peaceful people. I want to close with a scientific study from December 23, 2015 – 2 days before Christmas, that is truly remarkable. Despite the screeching of the media with fear provoking headlines, the level of violence in the world is sizeably decreasing. This year may be remembered for barrel bombs, beheadings, etc — but according to Steven Pinker, a Harvard Psychologist, a remarkable long term downward trend in violence is continuing. The news is a systematically misleading way to understand the world. In the past five years alone conflicts have ended in Shad, Peru, Iran, India, Sri Lanka and Angola — and if peace talks currently underway in Columbia are a success, war will have vanished from the western hemisphere. Formally wars span the globe and there were 30 between 1945 and 1990 that killed 100,000 people or more; including wars in Greece, China, Mozambique, Algeria, Tibet, Guatemala, Uganda and East Timor. With the exception of last years small wars in Ukraine, the zone of war has contracted to a crescent from central Africa through the middle east into South Asia. In Better Angels, Pinker argues that almost every other kind of violence, including murders, capital punishment, domestic violence, torture and hunting has also fallen sharply. The Tibetans practiced a meditation discipline that involved stilling the mind and having loving thoughts. If you could have every thought be a loving thought and meditate on your own consciousness as being the empty awareness of the Universe for 13 years — your body would dissolve into pure light. They call this, The Rainbow Body. There are 160,000 documented cases of this happening in Tibet, India and China — alone. It may not be a popular idea right now but the proof is there. The transition The Law of One and my own readings or discussing does not require every thought to be a loving thought, all you have to do is be slightly above 50% Service to Others, as opposed to Service of Self and you are cleared for Ascension. ” — David Wilcock, The Ascension Mysteries.

A Message to Wanderers, those Experiencing The Mandela Effect

By Truth Seeker

“Travel far enough, you meet yourself.”
David Mitchell, Cloud Atlas

Many of us currently experiencing the Mandela Effect  — aka ME experiencers are not much different from those on the brink of what the healthcare industry would term simply madness/schizophrenic. (According to Wikipedia, schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by abnormalsocial behavior and failure to understand what is real.Common symptoms include false beliefs, unclear or confused thinking, hearing voices, reduced social engagement and emotional expression, and a lack of motivation.)

A good portion of individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia are simply made to appear as if they have gone bat shi* crazy. Please, don’t believe the hype!

According to Fiona Broome, The “Mandela Effect” is what happens when someone has a clear memory of something that never happened in this reality. Many of us — mostly total strangers — remember the exact same events with the exact same details. However, our memories are different from what’s in history books, newspaper archives, and so on.This isn’t a conspiracy, and we’re not talking about “false memories.” Many of us speculate that parallel realities exist, and we’ve been “sliding” between them without realizing it.

Understanding the Mandela Effect - Image credit(s) Getty/EOTM

ME experiencers, want so desperately to conform, to be normal, to belong, to fit in with society, to be as we once were. We experience things that are uncomfortable for us and we desperately would like to quietly sweep it all under a rug. We try and try but there is always that excitability, that sound, innate feeling…. deep within us that constantly pushes us, letting us know that there is something more to this life, something real….here. We want to believe, I guess this is the child in us that refuses to accept the No, or shut up — for an answer. They just want to know the Whats and the Whys. ME experiencer’s are discovering things that matter to their existence and quite possibly ours/yours as well. They are going against the grain, attentive to whats happening in the present moment — and this cannot be a bad thing! If I was to theorize, summarize this phenomenon, it seems at least to me on the outside looking in, that these Rebels, Wanderers, ME Advocates, Universal beings are working towards their own upliftment and that of the planet — in ways that can not be understood or seen by the masses at this time.

Sacred Geometry - Flower of Life

Could there be something to these anomalies that are perforating realities? Something worth fighting for…??!? Leave your thoughts in the comments section.

In the video below the author breaks down research recently completed on the topic.

“There is no miserable place waiting for you, no hell realm, sitting and waiting like Alaska—waiting to turn you into ice cream. But whatever you call it—hell or the suffering realms—it is something that you enter by creating a world of neurotic fantasy and believing it to be real. It sounds simple, but that’s exactly what happens.” ― Lama Thubten Yeshe, Becoming Vajrasattva

The year we took back our Sovereignty ~ 2016

By Carla B.

According to Wikipedia, Sovereignty is understood in jurisprudence as the full right and power of a governing body to govern itself without any interference from outside sources or bodies. In political theory, sovereignty is a substantive term designating supreme authority over some polity. It is a basic principle underlying the dominant Westphalian model of state foundation. Derived from Latin through French souveraineté, its attainment and retention, in both Chinese and Westernculture, has traditionally been associated with certain moral imperatives upon any claimant.

I AM sovereign and so are YOU

We must become sovereign — once again. Take back YOUR Sovereignty and truly live! We must become Sovereign and take back our planet. We must become our own authority and stop giving over our decision making process to the dark governmental/corporations, manipulative parents, teachers, friends, spouses, ect. It is time for us to become sovereign….again.

Best Movie Quotes: Film – Beta Test (Directed by Nicholas Gyeney)

“One thing we must acknowledge as a leader in this field is our responsibility to shape our society. If you look where we’ve come, or arguably where we’ve fallen to, you have to ask yourself, what happened to our humanity and where did it go? In my new position, my focus is to return the spotlight to the gamers. I find that the single most important thing. And hopefully if we’re smart enough, we can remind our consumers to engage in balance, to remember what makes them human in the first place. In between missions of course. ” — Movie: Beta Test (Character Max Troy played by Larenze Tate)

“Any ambitious man would dream of reaching the top. To deny that would deny my own humanity, I think. Andrew Kincaid was a god in his own world, and any god who is obsessed with his own power sets himself up for his own demise. And that power falls on his angels. Someone had to take up the reigns. All we can do is hope for a fresh perspective. Ultimately it’s up to us to enter this world, to take up that controller, to make those decisions. Ultimately it’s your quarter.” — Movie: Beta Test (Character Max Troy played by Larenze Tate)

Healing The Heart ....

Today, video games play a big role in many of our lives — as it is often the go to source of entertainment. It’s been proven that in a large number of American households  there is little fun time spent -aside from playing sports outside -without an X Box, Nintendo or Sony controller in the hand — and most recently, smart phones….and for good reason…?? As there is no denying that for many, video games can be incredibly fun to play. I still remember to this day how immersed I became in games such as Super Mario and Pac Man — all of which managed to preoccupy countless hours of my childhood. With the gaming industry capabilities consistently improving I find it interesting to explore just how big of a role video games play in our modern society and whether or not they are having any lasting effects on those who play them. According to a study released by statista in September of 2014, global video game revenues exceed $100 billion, with $6.1 billion of that being generated by video game sales in the United States alone.(1) These already staggering numbers become even more surprising when one takes into consideration the state of the US economy. How much of that $100 billion is being spent by families and individuals who cannot comfortably afford to buy that $59.99 game or that $349.99 system? In terms of time — which is arguably our most precious commodity -in 2013 the average US gamer over the age of 13 spent 6.3 hours a week playing video games -which is up from an average of 5.6 hours spent in 2012.(2) Violence, in some way shape or form has been a predominant theme in the world of video games for quite sometime. The numbers support the basis whereas the action and shooter genres, which account for a combined 51.9% of video game sales in the US in 2013. Even if masked under the intentions of playing a hero whose sole purpose is to destroy a series of “enemies” to save the world, violence is violence and gamers seem to love to engage in it virtually.

So, it would not be presumptuous to add that many of the  video games we see and interact with today allow gamers to be as brutal as they like — within a very realistic scenario. Users can simply go up to someone — on any given street and attack them, use their vehicles to run a person down, and or even carjack them. Sexism, violence and hatred are the video game industries biggest proponents today. It seems the goal is to systematically desensitize and erode our natural empathy, our innate state of being — of oneness. Sadly, what we are seeing today are individuals being brutalized on any given street corner by someone — and passerbys simply standing by and doing nothing. In many of these cases there is hardly ever anyone coming forward to help. Why is this? Could all this violence that is engaged in virtually by so many of us worldwide be creating some sort of dark effect on us? And most importantly, is it desensitizing us? Why are we allowing this to happen? I can remember back in the day, before all this new technology arrived whereas our very own pocket communities banned together to assist one another in times of need. We sought out, maybe only **subconsciously— to be a service to others, our neighbors, friends and humanity as a whole. With this being said, I guess the only question that really needs answering is: What can we do to reconnect with our heart?? A 2011 study out of the University of Missouri-Columbia looked at the long recognized belief held by many scientists that playing violent video games can cause players to become more aggressive in their daily life. The researchers measured brain responses as they showed the participants a series of neutral and violent photos. The final stage allowed the participants to compete against an opponent in a controllable task that allowed them to choose how aggressively they would blast their opponent with sound. Researchers found that those who played a violent video game were more aggressive in their blast by comparison to those who played a non-violent game. Another study in the publication Social Psychological and Personality Science, found that aggression triggered by video games can last for up to 24 hours after the game is played -if the player continues to think about the game. The authors of the study noted that violent gamers often play for a lot longer than the 20 minutes they were allotted in this particular study, making it more likely that they let thoughts of it marinate within their mind habitually. Several authorities, including the US Supreme Court, the US Surgeon General, the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission all stand on the side of there being no causal link between violent video games and violent behaviour. Any theories to the contrary they state are a myth, and in response have compiled a list of research to support this stance. They do advise however that individuals -especially parents -make informed decisions about what they do and do not choose to expose themselves to. Each game is subject to a rating and suggested age range, and all major gaming systems are required to have programmable parental controls. As with so many other things in the world today, I’m finding that the best solution always lies within. When deciding whether or not to expose yourself to violent video games, observe how you feel when you play them. Scan your heart. Are they purely an entertaining experience that you are easily able to disconnect from? Or are they an escape that allows you to release frustrations, negative feelings and emotions? I’d also advise to look within when deciding whether or not play video games at all. Observe your behavioral patterns to see whether you are simply engaging in an available form of entertainment or if it has become a habitual decision. Be sure to be honest with yourself when analyzing this as well, as you won’t be doing anyone a favor by masking how playing as much as you do makes you feel. I personally do not think that video games are inherently good or bad. They aren’t for everyone, and there is a time and place for them for those who enjoy them. It’s up to us to decipher just how much and when that is, if at all. Ultimately, it should never be okay to advocate any kind of violence in video games — regardless of how the 1 percent spins it.
